Hi, I just checked this thing out. European fuel seem to differ just slightly from the American. I talked to a scientist at one of the biggest companies here, and he new about the stabil-stuff, but said it is not sold here, because it (or something like it) is added ALLREADY at the factory. That is because the fuel often is bought and stored by the companies more than half a year before it is sold to the dealers. He also said that the stuff you can buy at gas-stations to add to the non-leaded fuel is a joke, and an invention by smart businessmen.
